Eastern Province Cement takes full ownership of precast concrete firm

Eastern Province Cement agreed on 2/12/2012 to buy the 50% stake of its Spanish partner in Saudi precast concrete producer Prainsa, a limited liability company catering for buildings, bridges, tunnels and related works.

Now Prainsa, with a SAR 55 million capital, is fully owned by the Eastern Province Cement, which will finance the deal from internal resources.

Regulatory requirements are being completed.
