CMA approves AlHokair's request for 100 % capital raise through the issuance of bonus shares

CMA approved Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company request for 100% capital raise (from SAR 1050 m to SAR 2100m).

The Capital raise is to take place by issuing one bonus share to each 1 share owned by registered shareholders, as SAR 722 m of retained earnings and SAR 328 m of statutory reserve will be capitalized.

By this issuance the number of outstanding shares will increase from 105,000,000 shares to 210,000,000.

The bonus shares eligibility is limited to the shareholders who are registered in the shareholders registry at the end of the extraordinary general assembly day, which will be determined later by the Company's board, and should be held within six months from the approval date. This approval is conditional on the Company satisfying the regulatory requirements and any other applicable laws.
