CEO: Sipchem-Sahara merger postponed

Sipchem’s proposed merger with Sahara has been postponed due to the lack of organizational structuring needed for the process to take place, said Sipchem’s CEO Ahmad Al-Ohali.

The merger, when complete, will be a paradigm shift to Sipchem’s business, said Al-Ohali.
