Jazan Development appeals demolition ruling

Jazan Development Company (JAZADCO) appealed a ruling issued on January 7, 2014 ordering it to demolish construction works built on some of its lands.

 

The court said it would hear the appeal filed by Jazan’s lawyer, and temporarily halted the ruling.

 

The company said the conflict concerns a plot of its land that another party claims it also owns, but without proof of ownership.
