(SADAFCO) CONVERTS (SADAFCO BAHRAIN) TO A ONE PERSON COMPANY AND RAISES ITS CAPITAL TO BD50,000

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company announces the completion of all legal processes to transfer SADAFCO Bahrain Company to a single person company wholly owned by SADAFCO. The paid up capital has been increased from BD 20,000 to BD 50,000 this has been funded wholly from Cash flow generated from operations .
