Al Hassan Shaker purchases SAR 23m land in Riyadh :

Al Hassan Shaker company announced today on tadawul the purchase of 46,157 m2 land in the Industrial Tatweer City in Riyadh.

The land is purchased from the Arabian Company for Water and Power Development; a Related Party; for SAR 23m at SAR 475 per m2.

This deal is financed by the company’s internal resources and the purchased land is to be used for the company’s future expansions
