Tihama to Rehabilitate Headquarter for SAR 4.7 million

Tihama Advt. & Public Relations announced signing of an agreement with SAMA National for Construction and Development to rehabilitate its main headquarter at a total value of SAR 4.7 million.

“Rehabilitation of the headquarter plan aims to benefit from higher leasing values in the area at which the building is located”, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

This deal will reflect positively on the company's FY 13/14 financial results.
