Eastern Cement mulls new production line

Eastern Province Cement Co. discussed on Tuesday the establishment of a new production line with a capacity of 10,000 tons of clinker per day.

The company board said it required further information about the project, according to its statement to Saudi Arabia's bourse.

Eastern Province announced in September 2012 that it would create a new production line with a capacity of 10,000 tons of clinker per day in order to make up for its outdated lines, according to data available on Argaam.
