Jabal Omar to pay SAR 310 million to Nesma to complete Makkah projects on time

Jabal Omar Development Co. has agreed to pay SAR 310 million to Nesma and Partners construction company to complete the work in three hotels, Marriott, Hayat and Conrad, as well as 6 hotel towers before the end of Ramadan, the company said in a statement to the Saudi bourse, Tadawul.

 

The developer is 9.4 percent owned by the Saudi General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

 

Jabal Omar is engaged in developing and constructing the Jabal Omar area near the western side of the Grand Mosque in Mecca. It also rents and manages other premises in the area.
