SEC’s GA elects board members for the upcoming three years session

The General Assembly of Saudi Electricity Company approved appointing nine board members for the next three years session which starts on January 1st, 2015.
 

The election process was through cumulative voting for the private sector representatives; the company said in a filing to Tadawul today.
