Al-Ahsa pays SAR 6.9 mln to boost stake in medical unit

Al-Ahsa Development Co. said on Wednesday that it has paid SAR 6.9 million to up its stake at Al-Ahsa Medical Services to 53.61 percent from the previous 50.12 percent.

 

The company said in a statement to Tadawul that it has financed the deal from its internal resources as part of its drive to diversify its investments. It also expects positive impact to reflect in second quarter results.
