Tabuk Cement delays commercial ops on second line to Q2-2017

Tabuk Cement Co. will begin commercial operations at its second production line in Q2-2017, the cement producer said in a statement on Tadawul.

Production, which was set to begin in the fourth quarter of this year, has been delayed due certain shortfalls in the design, the statement said.

This delay will likely have no financial impact on the company’s earnings, it added.

Tabuk started trial operations at this line in May 2015, an Argaam report showed.
