Baazeem Trading set to sell Yemen assets to chairman

Baazeem Trading Co.’s (Baazeem) general assembly on Monday approved selling the company’s land in Sanaa and Aden to the chairman, Salem Baazeem, at their book value of SAR 1.93 million, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.

 

Shareholders also approved selling the company’s stake in YAMAN Co. to the chairman for an amount equivalent to its book value of SAR 1.88 million.

 

Meanwhile, the assembly agreed to delegate the company’s board to complete all procedures related to the transactions.
