Asharqiyah names Al-Ramah as acting CEO as Al Sourani quits

Asharqiyah Development Co.’s board of directors appointed managing director Mohammed Al-Ramah as acting chief executive officer (CEO), the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday. 

 

The decision came after the company’s CEO, Samer Al Sourani, submitted his resignation for personal reasons, effective Dec. 31. 

 

In 2015, Al-Ramah joined the company as its new CEO.
