Aljazira Mawten REIT to vote on cutting warehouses rentals Jan. 10

Aljazira Mawten REIT Fund has invited its unitholders to a general assembly meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 10, to vote on the board’s decision to reduce rents of REIT-owned warehouses in Jeddah and amending REIT’s terms and conditions accordingly.

 

The general assembly will also vote on adjusting the REIT’s period to 99 years, the fund said in a bourse statement.
