Ash-Sharqiyah Development chairman resigns

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. board chairman Ziyad Ahmed Alrahmah resigned on Sunday for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Separately, Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Al-Shamekh has been appointed as an independent board member effective Monday.

 

His appointment will be presented for approval at the upcoming general assembly meeting, Ash-Sharqiyah said.
