Ash-Sharqiyah Development appoints new chairman, vice-chairman

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company’s board of directors appointed on March 22 Abdullah Bin Ouda Al Enzi as chairman of the board, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday.

 

Additionally, Abdulaziz Bin Abdulrahman was appointed as the vice-chairman.

 

The board also approved the restructuring of the nomination and remuneration committee, and the restructuring of the executive committee.
