CMA fines Ash-Sharqiyah for listing violation

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a SAR 20,000 fine on Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co. for violating listing rules, the market regulator said on Wednesday.

 

The company failed to update the electronic disclosure form related to the end of business relation with its CEO, within five business days, it added.
