Al Hokair Group opens new malls in Riyadh, Jazan

Abdulmohsen Alhokair group for Tourism and Development Co. (Al Hokair Group) on Nov. 23 opened a new shopping and entertainment mall in Riyadh, Al Hokair Time, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The 6,467 square meter-mall includes indoor entertainment areas (Sky Zone), restaurants and global retail brands.

 

The Saudization rate of jobs at the project stands at 50 percent.

 

Financial impact of the complex is expected to show on Q4 2018 results, the statement said.

 

Al Hokair Group has also opened a similar project in Jazan, including entertainment brands Sparky’s, Sky Zone and Snowy.

 

The nationalization rate at the 10,758 square meter-mall is 60 percent. Its financial impact will likely show in Q4, the statement added.
