Dallah inks SAR 112 mln deal with Siemens Healthcare

Dallah Healthcare Co. signed on March 26 a letter of intent (LoI) with Siemens Healthcare Ltd. to run and provide technical services to the radiology department at Dallah Hospital-Alnakheel for SAR 112 million per year, Dallah said in a bourse statement.

 

The LoI is valid for 90 days and any updates on the deal will be disclosed as they occur, it said.

 

There are no related parties in this agreement, Dallah added.
