BATIC Investment and Logistics Co. said its 94.88 percent- owned subsidiary, Arabian Security & Safety Services Co. Ltd. (AMNCO) inked a SAR 21.1 million worth of contract with Jabal Omar Development Co.
The contract will extend for one year as of April 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse filing.
Under the agreement, AMNCO will provide security officers to Jabal Omar’s development projects in Makkah, in addition to shopping malls in Souk Al Khalil.
AMNCO will generate a monthly revenue of SAR 1.76 million, as of Q2 2019.
There are no related parties involved in the deal, the statement added.
