City Cement appoints new acting CEO

City Cement Co.’s board of directors has named Majed Al Osailan as acting chief executive officer effective from June 1, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The step followed the resignation submitted by Saleh Al Shabnan, the company’s CEO, effective from May 31, 2019.

 

Al Osailan has 16 years of experience in various sectors, he lately held the deputy CEO position at City Cement Co., the statement added.
