Knowledge City approves SAR 2 mln board remuneration

Knowledge Economic City (KEC) shareholders have approved SAR 2.2 million in board remuneration for fiscal year 2018, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The general assembly also approved the board of directors’ report, the auditor’s report and consolidated financial statements for fiscal year 2018.

 

The board of directors was discharged from liability for the previous year, and an external auditor was appointed for the current fiscal year.

 

An external auditor was also appointed for the current fiscal year.
