Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s (ACIG) shareholders have elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting on May 18, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new board includes Thamer bin Abdullah bin Mohammad bin Rayes, Mohamed Hani Abdulkader Al Bakri, Zain Alemam, Hesham Mohammed Al Shareef, Abdullatif Mohammed Abdulrahman Al Sheikh, Tarek Abdullah Al Rumaim, Hussam Talal El Ghazzawi, Nouf Saud N. AlHaqbani, Ziad Sami A Allabban and Fawaz Bin Mohammed Bin Nasser Al Sharabi.
