Dar Al-Arkan to vote on withholding dividends on June 20

Shareholders of Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development on June 20 will vote on withholding dividends for fiscal year 2018.

 

They will also elect a new board of directors for the next three-year term, starting on June 23, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.

 

The developer paid cash dividends at SAR 0.5 per share for 2017 – the first distribution since 2009, Argaam reported.
