MESC appoints new board members

Middle East Specialized Cables Co. (MESC) shareholders have elected new board directors for the coming three-year term starting July 2, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the board's report, auditor's report as well as financial results for the FY ending Dec. 31, 2018.

 

During the general meeting, board members were discharged from liability for FY18, and a new auditor was appointed for 2019 and Q1 2020.
