Tibbiyah unit seals SAR 142.3M contract with AGU

Arabian International Healthcare Holding Co.’s (Tibbiyah) 100% owned subsidiary, Al Faisaliah Medical Systems Co.(FMS), inked on Dec. 14 a SAR 142.3 million contract with Arabian Gulf University (AGU), according to a statement to Tadawul.  

 

The contract will include the supply and installation of medical equipment, in addition to other works in King Abdullah Medical City (KAMC). The project covers Phase I, Package 7 (Medical Equipment, Volume I) issued by Arabian Gulf University, Bahrain.

 

The contract will extend for 18 months from the date of the site handover or receiving an advance payment or any other agreed-upon date.

 

This project includes supply, installation, testing & commissioning of all medical equipment including supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and medical consumable needed. Saudi Arabia is the financer through the Saudi Fund for Development (SFD).

 

The relevant financial impact will appear on H1 2024 financials, the statement added.
