Alasmak terminates managing director

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) board of directors has approved on Sunday the termination of the managing director, Ahmed bin Suleiman Al-Muzaini, the company said in a bourse statement.

Al-Muzaini, however, will maintain his role as a board member with modifying his membership from an executive member to a non-executive member starting from Sept. 30, 2019, the statement added.

In May, Alasmak named Waleed Al-Bat'he as chief executive officer.
