National Housing offers more than 75,000 residential products in 2021

Saudi Arabia's National Housing Co. (NHC) achieved a significant increase in the real estate supply for 2021, as it provided more than 75,000 housing products through ministerial lands and over 8,000 housing products through the private sector lands.

NHC succeeded in owning 18 ministerial lands, and continues to maintain its leadership in real estate development projects, the company said in a statement received by Argaam.

Further, NHC developed vibrant urban communities through 12 projects.

Such projects added 7,151 residential units to the Kingdom's real estate supply. Accordingly, the total number of units that are being developed through the real estate projects reached 17,646.

In 2021, the company formed vital partnerships with more than 140 private projects, to build over 115,000 housing units in 19 cities. The total value of NHC's projects with the private sector exceeded SAR 53 billion.

In addition, the firm managed to sell more than 45,000 housing units, in addition to over 18,000 completed units and more than 101,000 under-construction units.

NHC plans to achieve the goals of Vision 2030, which aims to increase home ownership in the Kingdom to 70% by 2030, Argaam earlier reported.
