Waja issues prospectus to float 455,000 shares on Nomu

WAJA Co. issued today, Jan. 22, the prospectus to list 455,000 shares, or 13% of capital, on Nomu-Parallel Market.

 

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved in December 2022 the application received from the company to register and float its shares on Nomu.

 

The offering period will run from Feb. 12 to Feb. 19, it added.

 

The company was established in 2013 under the name WAJA Limited Liability Co. In 2021, it increased its capital to SAR 35 million and converted into a joint-stock firm.

 

WAJA's current activities are represented in interior design, information technology (IT), advertising and communications, in addition to preparing and equipping sites, then supplying furniture and furnishings, maintenance and operation.

 

The company operates its business through its headquarters in Riyadh.
