Saudi German Health CSR initiatives for 2020 Saudi German Health and Al Wedad Charity Foundation sign strategic partnership: Saudi German Health partnered with Al Waded Charity Foundation to support the non-profit sector on social development initiatives, which are in line with the objectives of “Saudi Vision 2030”. Saudi German Health announces transportation and special care for elderly during COVID-19 movement restrictions: Keeping in mind the needs and requirements of elderly citizens of the country including those with chronic health conditions, Saudi German Health has developed specific measures designed to address those needs including free-of-charge pick up and drop off, to and from the hospitals. The healthcare group has also expanded capabilities of its emergency departments to accommodate more cases in a quick and efficient manner. The SGH Group has also dedicated a free hotline where social workers can address the concerns of the community members. Events and seminars to educate the public: Saudi German Health has worked extensively to serve the community through its participation in the ‘Health Heroes’ campaign, which offered awareness sessions, information and free tools and equipment in over 100 locations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
