Aldrees shareholders approve 20% cash dividend for 2022
Shareholders of Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 20% of capital, or SAR 2 a share, for 2022, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on May 1, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also approved amending Article No. (3) of the Articles of Association pertaining to the company’s objectives. The company will add wholesale and retail sale of electric vehicle (EV) charges, operation of EV charging stations, handling of aviation fuel, online training, as well as training institutions and centers to its business activities.
