Jadwa REIT to pay 1.9% dividends for Q4 2019

Jadwa REIT Saudi Fund will pay 1.9% cash dividends to unitholders for the fourth quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.19 per unit, amounting to SAR 30 million, Jadwa Investment, the fund manager , said in a bourse filing on Monday.

 

Cash dividends account for 1.70% of the fund’s net asset value based on fair value as of Dec. 31, 2019.

 

The fund manager said that dividends will be paid within 20 days from the record date.
