Ash-Sharqiyah shareholders approve board member appointments

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s shareholders approved the appointment of Salman bin Ahmed bin Yahya Jassas as a board member for the remaining period of the current term starting June 17, 2021, until July 19, 2023, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 2. 

Shareholders also approved appointing Abdul Rahman bin Mohammad Al Drees as a board member for the remaining period of the current term starting June 17, 2021, until July 19, 2023. He replaces Faris bin Hamad bin Faris.
