Labor ministry denies media reports on expat sponsorship abolition

The Saudi Ministry of Labor and Social Development said on its Twitter account on Tuesday that it did not issue any statement about the abolition of expatriate sponsorship, dismissing media and social network reports.

 

The labor market-related decisions are shared with various government and business sector entities, the ministry added, stressing that they are officially announced.
