Thimar says unable to disclose Q2 2020 financials within regulatory period

National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose Q2 2020 financial results within the regulatory period.

 

The company said a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday that it has not yet finalized its preliminary financial statements for the first nine months and fiscal year 2019, in addition to Q1 2020, due to the termination of requirements submitted by the external auditor. 

 

The Q2 2020 financial statements will be issued, immediately after finalizing the Q3, Q4 and FY 2019 results, as well as Q1 2020, the statement noted.
