Arabian Pipes board renames Youssef Abba Al Khayal as chairman

Arabian Pipes Co.'s board of directors appointed Youssef Abba Al Khayal as chairman and Khalid Abunayyan as vice chairman, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on May 25, 2021.

The company said in a bourse statement that Albara Al-Salamah was appointed as secretary of the board.

The board approved the formation of the executive committee, remuneration and nominations committee, governance committee, and audit committee.

The decisions are pending the approval of the upcoming OGM after obtaining the approval of the competent authorities.

The committees will begin their work from the date of the OGM approval until May 21, 2024.

The audit committee members include Saad Al-Qahtani (independent) as the chairman, Abdullah Al-Harbi (independent), and Saleh Al Yahya and Khaled Al-Tarifi as members from outside the board.
