Saudi imports from GCC region hit SAR 5.77 bln in October

Saudi Arabia’s imports from the GCC countries reached SAR 5.77 billion, a rise of 33% year-on-year (YoY) in October, according to a recent report of the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT).

 

The UAE accounted for 71%, or SAR 4.11 billion of total Saudi imports, rising 31% YoY.

 

When compared to September, the Kingdom’s imports from GCC increased by 21%, or SAR 994.5 million.
