10 things to watch on Tadawul today

Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

 

1) National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) said Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Co. (SALIC) bought 12.5% of its total shares in a negotiated deal.

 

2) Shareholders of Bank Albilad approved increasing capital from SAR 7.5 billion to SAR 10 billion, through distributing bonus shares at 33.3%, or one share for every three shares.

 

3) Consortium of Saudi Ground Services Co. and Saudi Services and Operations Co. Ltd. bagged a contract to operate and maintain passenger bridges and apron services at Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA).

 

4) Shareholders of Gas Arabian Services Co. approved the board of directors' recommendation on distributing a 20% cash dividend, or SAR 2 per share for 2021.

 

5) Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development completed the exterior structure of its 34-storey residential tower Urban Oasis in Dubai, in partnership with Italian fashion house Missoni Home.

 

6) Arabian Food & Dairy Factories Co. (FADECO) reported a 16% decline year-on-year in net profit to SAR 6.8 million for the first nine months of 2021.

 

7) National Environment Recycling Co. (Tadweer) posted a rise in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 13.1 million for the first nine months of 2021.

8) Shareholders of Savola Group will vote on the board of directors' recommendation to distribute SAR 106.8 million cash dividend at 2%, or SAR 0.2 per share, for 2021 on May 16.

 

9) Shareholders of Mouwasat Medical Services Co. shareholders will vote on the board of directors' recommendation to distribute cash dividend at 27.5%, or SAR 2.75 per share, for 2021 on May 9.

 

10) Brent crude slipped 0.2% to $104.39 per barrel on Wednesday morning. WTI crude fell 0.4% to reach $100.21/bbl.
