Tadawul, Housing Ministry sign MoU to promote listing by developers

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today, Sept. 12, with the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing, to collaborate in educating real estate developers on the process and benefits of listing on the local stock market.  

 

Tadawul indicated, in a tweet, that the MoU includes offering support and information in areas of mutual interest as per the two parties’ specializations.  

 

Furthermore, both sides will organize workshops to raise awareness of listing and identify challenges facing real estate developers in the listing process.   

  

In addition, Tadawul will provide support to real estate developers seeking listing.
