Sadirat shareholders disapprove OGM agenda items

Saudi Industrial Exports Co.’s (Sadirat) shareholders reviewed the board report and the audited financial statements for 2023 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 23, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders disapproved appointing the company's auditor from the candidates based on the recommendation of the audit committee to examine, review and audit the financial statements for Q2, Q3 and annual statements for 2024 as well as Q1 2025, and determine his fees.
