Tihama trading halted again for delayed financial results

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, July 30, suspending trading in Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s shares again until the financial statements are announced.

 

The trading halt was due to the company’s failure to disclose its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, within the regulatory timeframe.

According to data available on Argaam, Tadawul announced the suspension of trading on Tihama’s shares on July 1 for one trading session.

 

The trading halt was due to the company’s failure to disclose its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, within the regulatory timeframe specified in the rules governing securities listings and ongoing obligations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

Accordingly, Tihama indicated that it will announce monthly updates on its inability to disclose its financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024.
