Naseej Tech files SAR 12M lawsuit against Ministry of Foreign Affairs

Naseej for Technology Co. filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Foreign Affairs before the Administrative Court in Riyadh, demanding SAR 11.96 million for unpaid dues, the company said, in a statement to Tadawul today, Dec. 10.

The claimed amount is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial position if the case is ruled in its favor and implemented, the statement added.

 

The company, based on the documents available to it, obtained legal advice confirming its right to claim compensation from the defendant for the damages it suffered. It does not expect to bear any responsibility as a result of filing this lawsuit. It also assigned an external lawyer to file the lawsuit and defend its interests.

 

The legal implications and risks of this case cannot be determined at this stage, said the company, adding that any developments regarding this case will be announced in due course.
