Al-Baha Investment postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Al-Baha Investment and Development Co. postponed its first and second extraordinary general assembly meetings (EGMs), slated for today, Jan. 15, due to lack of quorum, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company said that it will announce a new date for the meetings after obtaining the required regulatory approvals.

 

The third meeting will proceed with the shareholders in attendance, regardless of the quorum, Al-Baha added.
