DAR AL ARKAN ANNOUNCES THE COMMENCEMENT OF MEETINGS WITH INVESTORS TO LAUNCH THE SECOND TRANCHE UNDER ITS INTERNATIONAL ISLAMIC SUKUK PROGRAMME.

Further to Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company ('DAAR') announcements published on Tadawul on 20, and 22 May 2013, with respect to the Sukuk offering in multiple tranches under its international Islamic Sukuk Programme ('The Programme'), DAAR is pleased to announce that the Programme was updated and its validity period was extended for the next 12 month. DAAR will start today, Sunday 17/11/2013 corresponding to 14/01/1435 Hijri meetings with international Sukuk investors to launch the second tranche of The Programme, subject to market conditions. Details of further developments will be published as they become available.
