ARDCO constructs Plaza3 compound in Riyadh:

Arriyadh Development Company (ARDCO) announced today on tadawul signing a contract with Soliman Abdullah AlFaizy Construction Company to build an internally financed residential-commercial building in Dairah-Riyadh at a cost of SAR 23m.

The building occupies an area of 7000m2 and will include 110 shops, 36 offices, parking lots in addition to other services and facilities.

The construction work has started on 25/11/2013; expected completion date is 25/1/2015 with the financial impact realized starting from Q1 of 2015.
