Kingdom Holding elects board members for the new term

Kingdom Holding Co.’s general assembly has elected members of the board of directors for the new three-year term that started on June 5, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes, Prince Al Waleed Bin Talal, Talal Al Mayman, Sarmad Zokk, Taher Augeel, Khaled Souhem, Mohamed Suliman and Hesham Al Habib.

 

During the meeting, shareholders also approved audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year that ended Dec. 31, 2017.

 

They also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved appointing an external auditor and dividend distributed during FY 2017.
