Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. has sold 3,183 fractional shares at SAR 13.84 a share, totaling SAR 44,049, the insurer said in a bourse filing.
In july, Al Sagr’s shareholders approved a 60 percent capital hike to SAR 400 million from SAR 250 million, through bonus shares. The capital hike aimed to support the company's capital base and future expansions.
