Al Maather REIT Fund will distribute a 6.2% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2019, at SAR 0.62 per unit, amounting to SAR 38.05 million, fund manager Osool & Bakheet Investment Co. said in a bourse statement.
The dividend represents 6.39% from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2019, the fund manager added.
