Saudi Cement Company (SCC) is the first producer of cement in the Eastern Province and the second in Saudi Arabia. SCC is the largest cement producer in KSA in terms of production capacity. The company started production through its plant in Al Hofuf with a production capacity that reached 300 tons daily. In 1981, the Company launched its second plant in Ain Dar with a production capacity of 6 thousand tons daily.
